The restaurant at VITALIA Westlake. Named in honor of Westlake, Ohio’s original position as part of the Dover Township upon its settlement on October 10, 1810. In the early 20th century, it was reformed as Dover Village, a name it held until it finally claimed its current title of Westlake in 1940. The journey was a long one, full of twists and turns and adventures. While we believe in culinary adventures here at Dover, we also believe in great service and consistently delicious food!

Our culinary team, led by Executive Chef Delbert Robinson, is dedicated to creating healthy, delicious meals from scratch each and every day. We source our ingredients thoughtfully, and prepare our dishes resourcefully.

We are open from 7am to 7pm daily.

We love a good brunch! Each month, our restaurant creates weekend magic with eggs benedict, avocado toast, eggs anyway you like, french toast, and more. Come celebrate with us during our next brunch event!

“You dine on your own schedule. The dining room is open from 7 AM to 7 PM every day- and there is a 24/7 refrigerated deli-style case full of to-go meals and snacks if you get the munchies at 2 am. Want breakfast at 5pm – you got it! Do you love housemade (DELICIOUS) crab cakes for lunch AND dinner? They’re one of the specials of the week (this week) . The food is comparable to any of your favorite restaurants, and there’s something for everyone. If you don’t see what you want on the (extensive) menu, the chefs can probably even whip it up for you. Do you like Starbucks? Well, there’s even a Starbucks coffee machine, and you can get a number of beverages complete with a Starbucks cup. “
